year.
- You pay the Part B excess when you see a provider
that does not accept Medicare Assignment.
- Plan H pays the 20% remainder of Medicare
Approved Amounts.
- Plan H pays the $ 1100.00
Part A Deductible.
- Plan H includes the Basic Benefits, Pays the Part A deductible and Skilled Nursing
Coinsurance is included in this plan.
- Plan H Includes Foreign Travel Emergency benefits.
